healthy fries

 
 
Who said fries have to be unhealthy, fatty and greasy?
Chips can be made healthy and delicious, too! Plus, it's easy and delicious.
All you Need is potatoes, an oven, a bit of olive oil and seasoning. That's it!
 
How to:
-preheat your oven to 180° C.
-cut your potatoe into fries (or if prefered into wedges)
-spread your potatoes on a baking sheet, coat the potatoes with some olive oil and season the fries. I like seasoning them with lots of flavours: salt, pepper, different herbs (oregano, basil, caraway), Chili and chayenne pepper.
-put the baking sheet into the oven and bake your fries for about 15-30 min. The baking time really depends on the thickness of your fries though. You may want to try one to make sure they're cooked.
 
When they're ready, serve them with whatever you want. I recommend a nice salad and guacamole.
