Anorexia is not something ( a "neurochemical imbalance" ) that has the ability to take control of your body and your mind :
You are fragmenting what can be understood only together :
You're running away from the responsibility to understand the existential path of trauma, rejected biological determinants, and betrayed emotional dependencies, that led you to the repulsion of food, and all those emotions of guilt and self restraint, as a by-product of the starting conditions that you did not understand for lack of self-awareness.
"Mental illness" is not a short circuit in the brain that makes you act abnormally.
Awareness and self-love, through knowledge of oneself, and therefore, the entire World, will save and make you stronger :
no such illusions as sudden, "random" "mental illness" , like a lightning from a clear sky, in which you have no responsibility, direct and or indirect.
