Bircher-muesli breakfast

Hey there!

Do you know these mornings on which you wake up, craving something sweet, juicy but also crunchy breakfast?
Then, my friend, I have a solution for you.
It's called swiss-style Birchermüesli


Ingredients:
-40g oats
-2 tsp chia seeds
-100g ntural yogurt
-vanilla 
-sweetener of your choice 
-about 50ml almond milk
-chopped up walnuts
-some sunflower seeds

fruit of your choice, my recommandation:
-1/2 apple
-1/2 nectarine
-a handful of strawberries
-some grapes
-frozen raspberries

First, you're going to mix the oats, chia seeds, yogurt with falvouring almond milk, nuts and sunflower seeds in a bowl. You can either do this the night before and store it in the fridge (=overnight oats) 
or you can also do it in the morning and let it chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Whilst your oats are chilling in the fridge you can chop up your fruit.

Mix the fruit with the oat-mixture together, let it chill for a bit or eat it immedietely.

The fruit give it a nice and juicy, fruity flavour,
in combination with the soft oats
and crunchy nuts and seeds,
this is just perfect.
